Background:
Human CD19 receptor (B cell surface antigen B4) is a type I transmembrane protein with a molecular weight of about 95Kda. CD19 is expressed in every process of B cell growth and development. It acts as a co-receptor in B cell activation and signal transduction, and participates in the regulation of B cell activation, proliferation and signal transduction.
