Background:
Estriol is a natural hormone, which is the metabolite of estradiol in the body and mainly exists in the urine. Estrogen activity is small, oral activity is about 6 times that of estrone, but it is weaker than estradiol, and has no carcinogenic effect. The level of estradiol in the body does not change after taking the drug.
