Background:
Epidemic encephalitis B (EB) is referred to as Brain B, also known as Japanese encephalitis. It is an acute infectious disease of the central nervous system caused by encephalitis B virus with inflammation of the brain parenchyma as the main lesion. The disease is transmitted by mosquitoes and is often prevalent in summer and autumn, mainly in Asia.
