To detect the ability of Saos2 (human osteosarcoma cells) to adhere to human fibronectin by fixing proteins, 5×104 cells/pores were added to human Syndocan-1 and human fibronectin (0.5ug/ml) coated plates, and the cell adhesion was enhanced in a dose-dependent manner.
