Background:
Human papillomavirus belongs to the genus A of papillomavirus in the family of lactopoviridae. It is a spherical DNA virus that can cause the proliferation of squamous epithelium of human skin and mucosa. The symptoms are common warts, genital warts (condyloma acuminatum), etc. With the rapid rise of the incidence rate of condyloma acuminatum among sexually transmitted diseases and the increase of cervical cancer and anal cancer, human papillomavirus (HPV) infection has attracted more and more attention.
