Background:
Nicotinamide is an amide compound of niacin. White crystalline powder; Odorless or almost odorless, with a bitter taste; Slightly hygroscopic. Easily soluble in water or ethanol, soluble in glycerol. Clinically, it is mainly used to prevent and treat pellagra, stomatitis, glossitis, sick sinoatrial node syndrome, atrioventricular block and other problems.
