Background:
Loperamide is a white or almost white powder chemical. Chemical name 4-p-chlorobenzene-4-hydroxy-N, N-dimethyl- α,α- Diphenyl-1-p-piperidinyl butylamide, molecular weight 477.03800. Loperamide is a long-term anti diarrhea drug. It is mainly used to treat acute and chronic diarrhea caused by various causes, especially for long-term treatment of chronic diarrhea.
