Under normal temperature, it can competitively block histamine Hl receptor to produce antihistamine effect, resist capillary dilatation caused by histamine, reduce its permeability, and alleviate asthma caused by bronchial smooth muscle contraction, which is stronger and more lasting than diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
