Abvigen provides silica particles with a high amount of covalently bound fluorescence dye in the silica matrix. The fluorescent silica particles we offer consist of ultra-monodisperse spherical silica particles loaded with a fluorescent dye, providing fluorescence capabilities comparable to heavy metal quantum dots (which are generally classified as toxic), with excitation/emission values dependent on the dye/color.

These particles have wide applications in flow cytometry, lateral flow assay, gene sequencing and many other bioassay development. These fluorescent multifunctional particles can include various fluorescent dyes from UV region to near IR, include coumarin, fluoresceins, rhodamines, cyanine dyes, alexa fluor dyes. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.
